To submit or to contact us, email us at [email protected], with the subject line LAST NAME, FIRST NAME- GENRE. Please include a short cover letter, a biography (third person), and your submission attached as a .pdf. Please also include whether or not you would like feedback if your piece is not accepted. Please have pieces in Times New Roman, double spaced, 12 point font. We accept pieces that have been previously published, but please let us know the name and date of the publication so we can credit the original publication.

Quarterly Journal:
POETRY- Submit up to three poems at a time.
FICTION AND ESSAYS- 2,000 words maximum, all genres welcome, nothing too graphic or sexual.
Soft Releases:
HISTORICAL FEATURES- 750 words maximum on a queer, BIPOC, or female historical figure. The feature can discuss their life story, accomplishments, obstacles, or any other aspect of their life. PLEASE include resources at the bottom of your document, or on the page after.
OPINION PIECES- Write to us with your opinion on something. This can be a social commentary, a response to a current event, or any honest piece of writing. 750 words maximum. PLEASE include resources at the bottom of your document, or on the page after.

Can I submit pieces from different genres simultaneously?
- Yes!
Can I still send in pieces during months that submissions are not read?
- Yes, but if your piece is accepted, it will be accepted for the next issue. For example, if you send in a piece on October 3rd, it will be considered for the January issue.
Will my essay, opinion piece, or historical feature be fact-checked before publication?
- Yes. We trust the writer has done the appropriate amount of research, but we ask for resources so that we do not publish anything that is incorrect.
Will a trigger warning be published with my piece?
- If the writer asks for a trigger warning to be published or we believe it is necessary to include one, yes.
